Hi Kerry,
William has told us of your plans. We wish you and Arne the very best. You leave a legacy of effort and accomplishment that will serve as an inspiration to young men and women skating in the memorial arenas of Saskatchewan. I recall mentioned you and your successes to Willie when he was perhaps too young to understand.
However, he did understand when he actually met you and skated with you. He often mentioned you as he first spoke, in wondering tones, about skating in a Canadian skin. Thanks for being a truly admirable role model, one who worked hard, competed with every breadth, and gave selflessly to those who dreamed of following her example.
Lynn and I just thought it would be nice if you knew someone noticed. Best of luck in Holland.
